Description Fabrication Of Canopy At 42m2 (briefing And Debriefing Area For Trainees Near The Training Pool) – Labor And Materials Fabrication Works Are As Follows: A. Provide Center Post On 7 Meters Sides Of The Canopy As Additional Support. B. Floor Area Of The Canopy Must Be 42m2 C. Fabricated Canopy Must Be Equipped With Canvas/trapal D. Detachable Canopy For Proper Securing During Bad Weather E. Conduct Painting On All Parts Of The Fabricated Canopy F. Please See Attached Drawing For Details General Terms And Conditions A. Outside Fabrication Works Should Be Conducted For No More Than 30 Working Days On-site Upon Request By The Concerned Office After Receipt Of The Purchase Order. B. Price Validity Shall Be For A Period Covered In The Purchase Order. C. Price Quotation Should Be Made With Extra Care Taking Into Account The Specifications And Unit Of Quantity To Avoid Errors. D. Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Taxes, Delivery Charges And Any Other Charges As May Be Prescribed By Law. E. Cash On Delivery (cod) Is Not Acceptable. F. Submission Of Multiple/alternative Bid Offers For One Item Shall Not Be Allowed. G. The Service Provider Must Specify The Brand Name Or Model Of Items With Check Marks. Failure To Indicate The Brand Name Or Model Signifies Non-compliance With The Terms And Conditions, Which Shall Be A Ground For Disqualification. H. Withholding Taxes As Per Bir Rules And Regulations Will Be Deducted By Nmp From The Contract Price. L. Payment Shall Be Done After Each/complete Service/delivery, Subject To The Usual Inspection And Acceptance Requirements, And Submission Of The Complete Documentary. J. The Winning Service Provider Must Provide At His Own Cost An Omnibus Sworn Statement Relative To The Herein Mentioned Transaction (for Abcs P50,000.00 And Above). K. Warranty (if Applicable)
