Description The National Mapping And Resource Information Authority, Bids And Awards Committee (namria Bac) Invites Interested Suppliers/dealers & Contractors For The Following Project/s: 1 Lot Repair Of The Propulsion System Of The Motor Launch Of Brp Hydrographer Presbitero I. Technical Specifications 1. The Contractor Will Supply Two (2) Units Of Shaft Seal With The Following Specifications: Unit 1 A. One (1) Unit Manecraft Deep Sea Seal * Reference No.: Em Set 8 * Shaft Diameter Range: 43-46 Mm * Stern Tube Diameter Range: 70-80 Mm Unit 1 B. One (1) Unit Tides Marine Sureseal Complete Set * Kit Part No.: Fskm-40m-70m-1 * With Pipe Plug 0250 1/4" Npt Ii. Scope Of Works Important Note: All Works Must Be Conducted In The Presence Of The End-user's Representative. 1. Conduct Visual Inspection And Risk Assessment Prior To Start Of Project. The Contractor Must Thoroughly Check For Signs Of Mis Alignment, Wear, Or Damage To The Engine And Its Mounting Points. They Will Also Examine Related Components Such As The Transmission, Shafts, And Mounting Brackets. The Contractor Must Submit Pre-repair Reports To The End-user With Pictures And Videos If Necessary. 2. Disconnect All Necessary Connections And In-ways Including Fuel Lines, Electrical Connections, And Any Linkages. All Tools And Equipment Necessary For The Completion Of The Project Must Be Provided By The Contractor 3. Remove The Engine From Its Mount. Use Of Lifting Machineries Such As Cranes And A Frame Shall Be At The Expense Of The Contractor. 4. Remove Old Deep Sea Seal And Replace With The Brand New Delivered Tides Marine Sureseal. The Contractor Must Ensure Proper Installation. In The Event That The Tides Marine Sureseal Is Not Effective, As Per Assessment Of The End-user, The Contractor Will Install The Manecraft Deep Sea Seal Em Set 8. 5. Fabricate Six (6) New Flanges For Engine Support 6. Replace Six (6) Vibration Dampers 7. Check And Adjust Engine Mounts And Bolts To Ensure They Are Not Worn Out Or Damaged 8. Remove/cut Small Portion Of Steel From The Wall As Necessary, Subject To End-user's Approval, Where The Support Is Installed To Provide Additional Clearance For Adjustment 9. Restore Rudder Angle Indicator And Replace All Necessary Components Needed 10. Re-install The Engine Into Mounts. Ensure Alignment. Use Alignment Tools Such As But Not Limited To Dial Indicators, Alignment Gages, And Laser Alignment Systems To Ensure Accuracy. Adjust Accordingly. 11. Reconnect All Previously Disconnected Components Including Fuel Lines, Electrical Connection, And Any Linkages 12. Tighten All Bolts And Fasteners Properly In Accordance To The End-users Discretion 13. Conduct Testing And Verification With The Presence Of The End-user's Representative 14. Start The Engine And Perform Initial Testing To Ensure Smooth Operation. 15. Check For Any Unusual Vibrations, Noises, Or Any Other Issues That Might Indicate Mis Alignment Or Other Problems 16. Conduct A Performance Test Through Sea Trial To Ensure The Propulsion System Operates As Desired. During The Sea Trial, The Propulsion System Must Be Able To Withstand At Least One (1) Hour Of Continous Full Throttle Ahead And Astern. The System Must Also Withstand Abrupt Propulsion Reversals Without Any Mechanical Issues. 17. The Contractor Must Submit A Detailed Report Indicating All Adjustments, Repairs, And All Issues Encountered, And Recommendations For Maintenance And Future Repairs Currently Not Covered By The Scope Of Works 18. Properly Clean And Store All Tools And Equipment Used During The Repair 19. Ensure The Workspace Is Clean And Free Of Any Debris Or Hazards. Iii. Delivery Terms 1. Delivery Of Items To Brp H Presbitero At Bataan Or Where The Vessel Is Located At The Time Of Delivery 2. Freight Cost And Other Incidental Cost Shall Be At No Cost To Namria 3. Delivery Period: One (1) Month After Receipt Of Purchase Order Iv. Warranty The Supplier Shall Provide At Least One (1) Year Standard Warranty For Parts And Services.
