The National Kidney And Transplant Institute, Through The Health Facilities Enhancement Program General Appropriation Act 2022 (hfep Gaa 2022) Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos Only (php 2,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Ib No. 24-136 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
