The National Irrigation Administration – Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, Through The Cy 2024 Corporate Budget (cob) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-nine Million Seven Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-eight Pesos & 11/100 (php 39,739,768.11) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Proposed Four (4) Storey Nia Inimo Building With Roof Deck- Phase 1; Capital Outlay Fund; Cy 2024 With Contract No. Inimo-2024-10-037. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration –ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For Proposed Four (4) Storey Nia Inimo Building With Roof Deck- Phase 1; Capital Outlay Fund; Cy 2024 Located In San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Three Hundred Thirty (330) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). Brief Description Of The Work Includes Temporary Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Structural Works (structure Without Wide Flange), Structural Works (structures With Wide Flange, Structural Works- Metal Works For Steel Connections And Auxiliary Works. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 16. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be On November 27, 2024 (wednesday), 2:00 P.m.
