The Nia Mimaropa Regional Office, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Six Million Seven Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Ninety Six Pesos And 14/100 (php 56,735,096.14) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cy 2025 Batang-batang Ris: Construction Of Canal Lining & Canal Structures With Contract No. R4b-region-btng-60m-cy2025-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia Mimaropa Regional Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Nia Mimaropa Regional Office And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00am To 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. 5.
