The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car), Through The General Appropriation Act 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Five Million (php 25,000,000.00) Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cw-kalinga-11-2024/ Ucris-quezon (dc-2 Extn, Dc-2 & Qmc). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration- Cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 226 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
