The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car), Through The General Appropriation Act 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Million Six Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four & 59/100 (php 40,632,824.59) Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cw-abra-11-2025/abra Ris. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 180 Calendar Days, Inclusive Of 26 Pre-determined Unworkable Days (rainy Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
