The National Irrigation Administration – Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, Through The Cy 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 2,535,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Computer-aided Design (cad) Professional Perpetual License And Subscription Of Civil 3d; Gaa Fund; Cy 2024 With Contract No. Inimo-2024-10-028. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration – Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Project From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
