National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (nia-ro7), Through General Appropriation Act – Srip (gaa-srip) For Calendar Year (cy) 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Twenty Eight Pesos (p 1,787,028.00) Being The Approved Budget For Contract (abc) To Payments Under Contract For Furnishing Of Construction Materials For The Repair Of Irrigation Facilities For Calunasan Srip, Calape, Bohol With Contract No. Rio-goods-02-2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia-ro7 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184).
