Description 1. The National Irrigation Administration (nia), Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Fund 501-capital Outlay (igf), Project- Region 2 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Four Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Pesos Only (php6,423,000.00) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Brand New Transportation Equipment For Nia Region 2, Invitation To Bid No. Niaco-s-19. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following Vehicles For The Purpose Of The Project, To Wit: Lot No. Description Quantity Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) 1 Brand New Pick-up Truck 3 Units 4,863,000.00 2 Brand New Motorcycle 13 Units 1,560,000.00 Total Amount Of Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Lot Nos. 1 And 2 Php6,423,000.00 Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bac-a Secretariat Office, 6th Floor, Nia Building A, Edsa, Diliman, Quezon City During Office Hours 7:00 Am To 4:00 Pm From Monday To Friday. 5.
