Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration 10-lamisca Imo, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty Six (156) Calendar Days (including Pre-determined Unworkable Due To Unfavorable Weather Condition, Holidays And Sundays), Commencing From The Date Of Notice To Proceed.
