The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car), Through The General Appropriation Act 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty-one Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three And 49/100 (php 2,721,193.49) Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cw-mp-35-2025/maligcong Cis. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 288 Calendar Days, Inclusive Of 43 Cd Pre-determined Unworkable Days (33 Rainy Days & 10 Indigenous Practices).
