The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Nine Million Thirty-four Thousand Forty Pesos & 59/100 (php 29,034,040.59) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Contract No. 2025-mariis-rnis-01-package 2; Construction Of Concrete Canal Lining Along Lateral C, Sta. 2+286 – 2+800 (total Length = 514m) & Sta. 2+900-3+457(total Length = 557m). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To The Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Fy 2025. 2. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Projects. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
