The National Irrigation Administration (nia) - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office, Through The Gaa-cy 2020, Intends To Apply The Sum Of The Approved Budget For The Contract Amounting To One Million Two Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos (p 1,233,510.00) Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Construction Materials And Supply, Delivery, And Joining Of Connections Of Hdpe Pipes For The Construction Of Sta. Rosa Cip With Contract Reference No.: Nia-noimo-goods-sta.rosa-carp-ic-38-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Project Is Located At Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Murcia, Negros Occidental. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. All Prospective Bidder Should Have; A. Completed Within (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract; B. Philgeps Platinum Registered; C. Secure Certificate Of No Delayed Deliveries If A Prospective Bidder Has An Existing Contract With Nia-negros Occidental Imo; D.
