Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Project Is Located At Brgy. Consing, E.b Magalona, Negros Occidental. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 180 Calendar Days. All Prospective Bidders For This Package Should Be Philgeps Platinum Registered, Should Possess A Valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) Licenses With Size Range Of Small B In General Engineering (irrigation Or Flood Control) Must Have A Key Personnel And The Required Equipment Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract And Must Not Have Fifteen (15) Percent Or More Negative Slippage In All On-going Projects And Should Secure Certificate Of Site Inspection Before Procuring Bidding Documents.
