All Prospective Bidders Should Be Philgeps Registered, Should Possess A Valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) License With Registration Particulars With Size Range Of Small B In Dam And/or Irrigation And Flood Control, Must Have Key Personnel And The Required Equipment Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract And Must Not Have Fifteen (15) Percent Or More Negative Slippage In All On-going Projects.
