Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration – Bulacan Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Amris- Angat Road Concreting Located At The Municipality Of Angat, Bulacan.
