Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration – Bulacan Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Imprv't Of San Roque Hinukay Drainage/lateral C - Canalization Located At The Municipality Of Baliwag, Bulacan. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
