The bid capacity required in the given tender includes the following: 1. The All-Inclusive Price of the Solution, which comprises all services, accessories, license fees, and other applicable components for a period of 5 years. 2. The Grand Total Price, which takes into consideration all components required for the Solution, including hardware, software, licenses, and upgrades, without any additional cost. 3. The price quotes should be in Indian rupees only and on a fixed price basis, not linked to foreign exchange. Formulas mentioned include: 1. In case of discrepancy between unit price and total price, the lower price will be taken into account. 2. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the lowermost figure will prevail. 3. If tax amount does not corroborate with the tax percentage mentioned in the price bid, the tax percentage prevails, and the amount shall be corrected up to two decimals. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5,00,000.00 and a Non-refundable RFP Document Fee of Rs. 25,000/- are required.
