This Acquisition Is For A Commercial Item Or Service And Is Conducted Under The Authority Of The Federal Acquisition Regulation (far) Part 13—simplified Acquisition Procedures; And Far Part 12—acquisition Of Commercial Items, And Is Not Expected To Exceed The Simplified Acquisition Threshold. (v) This Requirement Is For The Following Services: the Contractor Shall Complete A Full Service Project From Serum Sample To Lc-ms Data On The Proteomic Platform And Analysis With Key Insights For 91 Samples. Data Analysis Will Include A Detailed Standard Report After An Initial 60-minute Project Consultation And With Dedicated 10 Hours Of Data Analysis Assistance.
