The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of Financial years as indicated in the bid document before the bid opening date. The required years of past experience is 1 Year. Alternatively, the bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 60% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 60%. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 60% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * 60% of bid quantity for past performance * 60% for past performance in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date * 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier * 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: * OEM Authorization Certificate * Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made * Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies, if the bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore * OEM Warranty certificates * Authorization Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details for authorized distributors/service providers * OEM certification for the products being supplied
