Meeting Facilities In Building 101 Are Temporarily Unavailable As Renovations Will Be On-going For At Least Two Years. the Conference Program Group Must Have Access To Meeting Venue Space For Nist Sponsored Events During The Renovations.  Official Conferences And Meetings Include Pre-registered Participants And Invited Guests. Attendee Numbers Will Vary By Event. Numbers May Be As Few As 25 Or As Many As 200. the Government Intends Award Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity Contracts With Meeting Venues Located Not More Than 50 Miles From The Nist Campus In Gaithersburg, Md.  Meeting Venues Will Be Required On An As-needed Basis, For A Period Of Performance Of One Year With Three One-year Option Periods. the Naics Code For This Requirement Is 531110 With A Small Business Size Standard Of $30.0 Million. Competition Is Being Sought Using Full And Open Competition. Simplified Acquisition Procedures Are Being Utilized Under The Authority Of Far Subpart 13.5. Multiple Awards Are Anticipated.
