The National Housing Authority (nha), Region Viii Office, Through The Approved 1st Supplemental Of The Nha Annual Procurement Plan (app) Fy 2024 And Charged To Capital Outlay Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php2,500,000.00) Only Being The Total Abc For All Lots Indicated Below. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1 Lot Procurement For The Supply And Delivery Of Fire Pump For Sprinkler System With Panel Control And Accessories Including Booster Pump, Jockey Pump And Transfer Pump With Installation For Region Viii Office 2. The Nha, Region Viii Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within Fort- Five (45) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Forty-five (45) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
