Class Of Bidder
The class eligibility requirements to bid or participate in this tender are 'Class-I local bidder' and 'Class-II local bidder'.
Bid Capacity
The bid capacity required in the given tender is referred to as Residual DPR Bid Capacity, denoted as "R". The formula to calculate it is:
R = CL x TF - RP
Where:
- CL = Details of Total Length of DPR/Feasibility completed for 2/4/6 laning of National Highways/Expressways in the last 5 Financial Years.
- TF = Turnover Factor, which is a multiplication factor based on the average turnover of the last 5 financial years.
- RP = Length of DPR/Feasibility Projects in Hand wherein Completion Certificate has not been issued by Executing Government Agency or the Tender of the Civil Work has not been awarded by the Executing Government Agency.
For sole bidders, the formula is:
R0 = CL0 x TF0 - RP0
For joint ventures, the formula for each member is:
R1 = {CL1 x TF1 - RP1} x S1
R2 = {CL2 x TF2 - RP2} x S2
And the total Residual Bid Capacity of the Joint Venture is R1 + R2.
The Turnover Factor (TF) is determined based on the average turnover of the last 5 financial years, with the following values:
- Upto 50 Cr: 1.00
- 50-250 Cr: 1.25
- >250 Cr: 1.50
Additionally, for DPR of two-laning projects, the length shall be considered after multiplication by a factor of 0.50, and for Feasibility Projects, the length shall be considered after multiplication by a factor of 0.60.
However, no specific bid capacity required in terms of value is mentioned. Package lengths are given, but no specific value is provided.
