The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in respect of Eligible Projects, with specific requirements for different categories. For Categories 1 and 2, the project should have been undertaken as a PPP project, with the entity claiming experience holding a minimum of 26% equity during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the Estimated Project Cost. The entity claiming experience should have undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. For Categories 3 and 4, the Bidder should have received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, with the amount received exceeding Rs. 0.85 Crore. The experience should be claimed for the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the Estimated Project Cost. - The entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. - The entity claiming experience should have undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. - Receipts of or work executed amount less than Rs. 0.85 Crore shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. Additionally, for normal Highway Projects, the bidder should have completed at least either of the following: - two similar completed works costing not less than 25% each of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 4.215 crore, or - one similar completed work costing not less than 35% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 6.39 crore. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, with the sum total of this experience being more than Rs. 16.86 crore. A project is considered completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed, and the completed value of work is equal to or more than the above-mentioned criteria in the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Civil Engineering Works in respect of EPC Projects, with a specific focus on projects related to Expressways, National Highways, ISC, and EI works. The bidder needs to provide details of projects undertaken in the last 5 years, including the value of civil engineering works, bonus received, and net value excluding bonus. The experience score of an Eligible Project is calculated based on the construction value, excluding the cost of maintenance and repair, operation of Highways, and land. For projects situated in an OECD country, the experience score is further multiplied by 0.5. The Aggregate Technical Experience of the bidder is also required.
