The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar projects, with estimated capital costs exceeding the specified amounts, and total payments received or made for each eligible project over the past 10 financial years. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience in projects with a capital cost of more than Rs. 7.10 Crore, and should have held at least 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project. The bidder should have paid for development of the project, or collected and appropriated revenues from users, during the last 10 financial years preceding the Application Due Date. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 7.10 Crore, and the bidder should have held at least 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project. The percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but the bidder should have experience in respect of a particular Eligible Project under any one category only, with no double counting permitted. For Categories 3 and 4, the Applicant should have paid for execution of its construction works or received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, during the 5 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, with payments of at least Rs. 7.10 Crore. The Experience Score for an Eligible Project would be the eligible payments and/or receipts, multiplied by an applicable factor, which are: Category 1 - 1.45, Category 2 - 1.0, Category 3 - 1.25, and Category 4 - 0.70. Additionally, the bidder should have O&M experience of a period of 5 (Five) Years or more in Cable Propelled Transit system, and experience in commissioning of Similar Projects. The bidder should also provide a certificate from its statutory auditors specifying the net worth of the Bidder, calculated as the aggregate value of the paid-up share capital and all reserves created out of the profits and securities premium account.
