The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil works construction business during the last five years in the role of prime contractor or partner in joint venture or sub-contractor. The bidder must provide evidence of successfully completing or substantially completing within the last five years, one or more of the following similar works: - one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 273.16 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 60% of the estimated cost (Rs. 204.87 lac), - two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 170.72 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 30% of the estimated cost (Rs. 102.43 lac), - three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 136.58 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 20% of the estimated cost (Rs. 68.29 lac). Specifically, the bidder should have experience in the fields of civil engineering, including construction of roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, mechanized Granular sub-base/base (Wet Mix Macadam) pavement construction, laying of bituminous mix in layers, and construction of Bridge Works in Reinforced Cement Concrete, Prestressed Cement Concrete, open foundations, pile foundations, and well foundations. The bidder should also have experience in construction of flyovers and grade-separated interchanges. Additionally, specific roles require the following experience: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of experience as Project Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and Maintenance works, with a degree in B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil with 15 years of experience. 2. Dy Project Manager: 5 years of experience as Dy. Project Manager/Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and Maintenance works, with a degree in B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil with 15 years of experience. 3. Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in road and Bridge construction, with a degree in B.E. (Civil). 4. Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 3 years of experience on highway property management and maintenance, with a graduate degree from a recognized University. 5. Road Safety Auditor: 3 Years of experience, with a Road Safety Audit Certificate from an approved Govt. agency. 6. Quality cum Material Engineer: 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with a degree in B.E. (Civil).
