The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a prime contractor, in a joint venture, or as a subcontractor in the fields of civil engineering, specifically in the construction of service roads, highways, and bridges. The bidder should have experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, mechanized Granular sub-base/base (Wet Mix Macadam) pavement construction, laying of bituminous mix in layers, and construction of Bridge Works in Reinforced Cement Concrete, Prestressed Cement Concrete, with open foundations, pile foundations, and well foundations. The bidder should also have experience in construction of flyovers and grade separated interchanges. The experience can be in the bidder's own country or in other countries. In terms of specific values and percentages of similar works completed, the bidder shall provide evidence that it has successfully completed or substantially completed within the last five years, either of the following: - one similar completed work costing not less than amount equals to 80% of the estimated cost or Rs. 196.25 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/ DLC work amount being minimum 60% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 147.18 lac. - two similar completed works costing not less than amount equals to 50% each of estimated cost or Rs. 122.65 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/ DLC work amount being minimum 30% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 73.59 lac. - three similar completed works costing not less than amount equals to 40% each of estimated cost Rs. 98.12 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/ DLC work amount being minimum 20% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 49.06 lac. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 3 years equivalent to Rs. 73.59 lacs (30% of estimated cost). The bidder's bidding capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is Rs. 2,45,30,902/-. The required prior work experience for key personnel includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and maintenance works, with a B.E. (Civil) degree or 15 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. - Dy Project Manager: 5 years of experience as a Dy. Project Manager/Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and maintenance works, with a B.E. (Civil) degree or 15 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction, with a B.E. (Civil) degree. - Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 3 years of experience on highway property management and maintenance, with a graduate degree from a recognized University. - Road Safety Auditor: 3 years of experience, with a Road Safety Audit Certificate from an approved Government agency. - Quality cum Material Engineer: 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with a B.E. (Civil) degree.
