The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in the construction of 2/4/6 laned highways. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature during the last 5 years, with values such as: - A single work of Rs. 5,30,56,032/- (80% of Bid Price) - Two works of Rs. 3,31,60,020/- (50% of Bid Price) - Three works of Rs.2,65,28,016/- (40% of bid price) The bidder must also have an average annual financial turnover equal to the amount indicated, and have completed not less than 90% of the contract value as a prime contractor. The average annual turnover required is Rs. 1,98,96,012/- (30% of Bid Price) during the last 3 years. The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last three years, including the current year, with a breakdown of the values for each year. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on their maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years, taking into account completed and ongoing works. The bidder must also provide evidence of availability of key equipment and personnel with qualification and experience. The bidder's bid will be evaluated based on their experience, turnover, and other qualification criteria, and they must demonstrate that they have the necessary resources and expertise to complete the works.
