The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in Operation & Maintenance/ Construction of 2/4/6 lane Expressway /National highways /States highways. The bidder should have completed works with the following requirements: - Two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to 50% each of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Alternatively, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of such completed works can be adjusted using an escalation factor to bring it to the level of the current financial year, with factors ranging from 1.10 to 1.95 depending on the year of completion. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of similar type work performed in the last three years, with a breakdown of the average per year.
