The bidder should also have an average turnover of Rs.1.31 Crore during the last 3 years. The Engineer has the power to order +/- 25% of original BOQ quantity of single BOQ item subject to maximum of +/-5% of original Contract value, with the Grand Total of BOQ being Rs. 4,37,18,764.
