The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each of Rs. 1.3 Cr (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) - Two similar works, each of Rs. 1.82 Cr (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - Single similar work of Rs. 2.6 Cr (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for these similar works. Additionally, key personnel are required to have the following experience: 1. Project Manager: 03 years as Project Manager on Highway constructions/Maintenance works 2. Site Engineer: 02 years on highway constructions/maintenance work/Slope protection works 3. Material Engineer cum Quality Engineer: 02 years on highway constructions/maintenance work/Slope protection works 4. Quantity Surveyor: 02 years on highway constructions/maintenance work The bidder should also have experience in Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works/ slope protection works, with the total value of such works performed in the last three years. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last three years should be at least a certain percentage of the estimated contract value. The bidder should have a minimum cash amount available for working capital, which is 25% of the value of the work.
