Steel TMT Fe 500: 100% quantity of 522.36 MT, with a minimum of 30% quantity of 156.70 MT. 3. Block Work: 100% quantity of 2046.99 Cum, with a minimum of 30% quantity of 614.09 Cum. 4. Plastering: 100% quantity of 12892.02 Sqmt, with a minimum of 30% quantity of 3867.60 Sqmt. 5. Flooring& dado: 100% quantity of 5860.59 Sqmt, with a minimum of 30% quantity of 1758.17 Sqmt. 6. Waterproofing: 100% quantity of 4161.46 Sqmt, with a minimum of 30% quantity of 1248.43 Sqmt. The bidder should also have completed similar works with a value of: - Rs. 13,85,64,665/- (50%) or - Rs. 11,08,51,732/- (40%) or - Rs. 22,17,03,463/- (80%) In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works with a value of at least 40% of the tender cost - Two similar works with a value of at least 50% of the tender cost - One similar work with a value of at least 80% of the tender cost Additionally, the bidder should have: - Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 20,78,46,997 in any one year during the last five years. - Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least three similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 11,08,51,732 (40%), or two similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 13,85,64,665 (50%), or one similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 22,17,03,463 (80%) at the 2023-2024 price level. The bidder should also have completed at least 60% of the similar work in terms of magnitude.
