The National Food Authority (nfa) - Region 1, Through The Corporate Operating Budget For The Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: One Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred And 00/100 (php1,216,800.00) Being The Abc, Inclusive Of Vat, For The Hereunder Items. Lot No. Location Quantity (pcs) Unit Cost (php) Approved Budget For The Contract (abc ) Inclusive Of Vat (php) 1 Region I 169 Pcs 7,200.00 1,216,800.00 Total 169 Pcs. 1,216,800.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nfa-region 1 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Working Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184.
