The National Food Authority, Through Its Regional Procurement Committee (rpc) Intends To Engage The Services For The Conduct Of Geotechnical Investigation And Topographical Survey For The Construction Of Nfa Warehouses In Support Of Buffer Stocking Program Through Section 53.9 (negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation Of Ra 9184. The Detailed Criteria And Rating System For Evaluation Is Provided In The Tor. The Technical Proposal Together With The Financial Proposal Shall Be Considered In The Evaluation Of Consultants. The Technical Proposals Shall Be Evaluated First. Then, The Financial Proposals Of The Consultants Who Qualify Or Meet The Minimum Score Of 75% For The Technical Proposal Shall Be Opened. 7.
