The National Fisheries Research And Development Institute (nfrdi), Through The Trust Fund 102 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (php 802,100.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Bid Reference No.: 2024-009 Entitled “supply And Delivery Of Laboratory Supplies For The Implementation Of Role Of Type Vi Secretion System During Shrimp Infection Of Vibrio Spp. Causing Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (ahpnd)”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Nfrdi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Should Be 30-45 Days Upon Receipt Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar/related To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
