Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Fy 2025 Itb No. 2024-10-010 1. The National Economic And Development Authority (neda) Ix, For A Duration Of One Year, Starting From January 01, 2025 To December 31, 2025, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-five Pesos And 12/100 (php 533,985.12), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Fy 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
