Description Project Identification No.: 2024-09-009 Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Additional Network Switches 1. The National Economic And Development Authority (neda), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Sixty-one Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Pesos (php2,061,314.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Additional Network Switches. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Neda Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Stated In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements Of The Bidding Documents). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion” As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, And Such Other Requirements As Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders Starting September 24, 2024 (except On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays), From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of Applicable Fee In The Amount Of Php5,000.00 For The Cost Of The Bidding Documents Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb.
