The National Economic And Development Authority (neda) Regional Office Xii Through The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-three Pesos And 22/100 (1,587,493.22) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Security And Manpower (janitorial/driving) Services For March To December 2025 For Neda Xii Office As Follows. Lot No. Item Abc 1 Provision Of Security Services Php895,872.80 2 Provision Of Manpower (janitorial/driving) Services Php691,620.42 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Neda Xii, Now Invites Bids For The Provision Of Security And Manpower (janitorial/driving) Services For March To December 2025 For Neda Xii Office. Delivery Of The Services Is Required From March 1, 2025, Until December 31, 2025, Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed/contract. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
