The National Economic And Development Authority (neda) Regional Office Xii, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million, Two Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Pesos (php 3,286,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Cy 2025 Neda Xii Ict Resources As Follows. Lot No. Item Abc Lot 1 Acquisition And Installation Of Pabx System Project Php 1,500,000.00 Lot 2 Upgrading And Installation Of Dahua Ip Surveillance System (phase Ii) Php 641,000.00 Lot 3 Ict Equipment And Systems Development And Maintenance Php 950,000.00 Lot 4 Digital Camera With 24-55mm Lens Kit And Geo-tagging Php 195,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Neda Regional Office Xii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. May We Also Direct You To Section Vi - Schedule Of Requirements For The Delivery Of The Goods For Every Lot Per Item. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” A.
