The National Defense College Of The Philippines (ndcp), Through The 2024 General Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Million Pesos Only (₱ 30,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Gymnasium For The National Defense College Of The Philippines (ndcp). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
