Tender Form Having Detail List Of Items With Terms & Conditions Along With Complete Specifications May Be Obtained During Office Hours From Procurement Section Nadra Rho Kp From 19th January, 2024 To 05th February, 2024 On Payment Of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable). Tender Forms Must Be Submitted Latest By 05th February, 2024 Before 1100 Hours. Tender Will Be Opened In The Office Of The Undersigned In The Presence Of Bidders/authorized Representatives On Same Day 05th February, 2024 At 1130 Hours. 3. Terms And Conditions: - A. Procedure Of Single Stage ? Two Envelop Bidding Will Be Adopted. B. Firm Must Be Registered With Fbr As An Active Tax Payer (for Both Income Tax And Sales Tax). C. Interested Firms For Renovation Work Must Have Valid Pec License Minimum C-6 Category For Relevant Work. D. Successful Bidder Should Be Capable To Execute The Work Simultaneously Minimum At 3 X Sites Anywhere In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province (all Districts). E. Compliance Certificate Should Be Attached With Technical Bid For Work Execution Mentioned In Para 3(d) Otherwise Bid Will Be Rejected. F. At Any Time Prior To The Deadline For Submission Of Bids, The Procuring Agency, For Any Reason, Whether At Its Own Initiatives Or In Response To A Clarification(s) Requested By A Prospective Bidder, May Modify The Bidding Documents By Amendment(s). All Prospective Bidders That Have Received The Bidding Documents Shall Be Notified Of The Amendment(s) In Writing Through Post, Email Or Fax And Shall Be Binding On Them.
