The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the position. For Electrical Engineer/Supervisor and Civil Engineer/Supervisor, the applicant must have a minimum of 03 years of experience. For Lift Supervisor and Fire Supervisor, the applicant must have a minimum of five years of experience. For Helpers for Electrician and Plumber, the applicant must have a minimum of three years of experience. For Operators for Lifts and Operator for Firefighting/fire alarm system and Operators for water supply pumps, the applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of not less than Rs 1000.00 lakhs during the last 3 financial years on an average for the execution of various Civil and Electrical works. The agency should be carrying works of similar field during last 3 financial years, costing not less than Rs.500.00 lakhs as a sum either completed or running, with the following specifications: a. One work of costing 80% of estimated value. b. Two work of costing 60% of estimated value. c. Three work of costing 40% of estimated value. No specific information is available on the value and percentage of similar works completed for some positions. The estimated cost indicated is tentative, ranging from Rs. 3.5 to 5.5 Crore per annum. The EMD is 3% of the estimated cost, and the performance/security deposit required is 5% of the tender value, with the estimated cost for EMD being Rs. 17.70 Lakhs.
