The required prior work experience for the bidder varies for different positions: 1. Operators for Lifts: Minimum three years’ experience in Lift Operation System. 2. Operator for Firefighting/fire alarm system: Minimum three years’ experience in Fire Fighting System. 3. Operators cum electrician for substation & DG Sets and Electricians: Minimum Five years’ Experience in Electrical System. 4. Operators for water supply pumps: Minimum three years’ experience in water supply System. 5. Technical Supervisors for Sub-station /DG Set & Electrical Installations / system: No specific experience mentioned. 6. Lift Supervisor: Minimum five years’ experience in Lift Operation Supervising. 7. Fire Supervisor: Minimum five years’ experience in Fire Fighting Operation Supervising. 8. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of not less than Rs 1000.00 lakhs (10 Crore) during the last 3 financial years on an average for the execution of various Civil and Electrical, Modification, operation and maintenance works of similar nature of official buildings in any Govt. Department. The agency should have carried out works of similar field during the last 3 financial years, with the following conditions: a. One work of costing 80% of estimated value. b. Two works of costing 60% of estimated value. c. Three works of costing 40% of estimated value, with a total value of not less than Rs.500.00 lakhs (5 Crore) as a sum either completed or running. Additionally, the bidder should have one Civil Engineer/Supervisor of minimum 03 year of experience and one Electrical Engineer/Supervisor of minimum 03 year of experience.
