Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of One (1) Lot Security Services For The Metropolitan Theater For The Fy2022 1. The National Commission For Culture And The Arts (ncca), Through The Cy 2022 National Endowment Fund For The Culture And The Arts (nefca) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 6,900,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Pb 2021-020, For The Procurement Of One (1) Lot Security Services For The Metropolitan Theater For The Fy 2022. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Commision For Culture And The Arts (ncca) Now Invite Bids For “procurement Of One (1) Lot Security Services For The Metropolitan Theater For The Fy 2022”. Delivery Of The Goods/ Services Shall Be In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
