The National Bureau Of Investigation (nbi), Through The Office Of The Regional Director – Central Mindanao Regional Office, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Lease Of 300 Square Meters Of Space For Nbi-cemro Representing: Description Quantity Unit Cost Monthly Rental 3 Months Php 240,000.00 Advance Rental 2 Months Php 160,000.00 Security Deposit 2 Months Php 160,000.00 Total Php 560,000.00 Quotations Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation (nbi) Now Invites Legally, Technically And Financially Capable Bidders (lessors) To Submit Their Quotation For The Lease Of 300 Square Meters Of Office Space For Nbi-cemro Until December 31, 2024, Commencing Preferably On August 01, 2024. 3. The Procurement Process Shall Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement In Accordance With Section 53.10 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” Subject To Annex “h” Of The Same. 4. Bidders Shall Submit Their Quotation Containing All Of The Following Documents: A. Philgeps Registration Number / Platinum Membership; B. Valid Mayor’s / Business Permit; C. Latest Income / Business Tax Returns; D. Sec Registration/ Dti Registration Certificate; E. Oct / Tct Of The Property Being Leased Out; F. Vicinity Map Showing The Location Of The Buildings; G. Occupancy Permit And Fire Safety Inspection M. Original Statement Of Compliance With Technical Specifications (“annex A”) N. Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (“annex B”) O. Original Price Quotation Form (“annex C”) Absence Of Any Documentary Requirement Enumerated Herein Shall Disqualify The Bidder. 6. Each Bidder Shall Submit One (1) Set Of The Documentary Requirements Under The Preceding Paragraphs. 7. The Procuring Entity Requests Bidders To Submit Additional Three (3) Hard Copies Of The Bid. The Lessor Shall Undertake Major Repairs And Maintenance Of The Premises, Civil, Electrical, Sanitary And Mechanical Equipment/ Systems/components Caused By Natural Or Man-made Calamities. The Expenses For The Aforementioned Shall Be Shouldered By The Lessor; 3. Busted Lighting Fixtures May Be Replaced By The National Bureau Of Investigation (nbi); 4.
