The National Bureau Of Investigation (nbi), Through The General Appropriations Act 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Billion Nine Hundred Sixty-three Million Seven Hundred Sixty-three Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Pesos (php1,963,763,116.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) As Payment Under The Contract For The Lease Of 23,000 Square Meters Office Space Representing: Description Quantity Unit Cost Advance Rental 3 Months Php87,527,880.00 Security Deposit 3 Months Php87,527,880.00 2024 Monthly Rental 4 Months Php116,703,840.00 2025 Monthly Rental 12 Months Php367,617,096.00 2026 Monthly Rental 12 Months Php385,997,951.00 2027 Monthly Rental 12 Months Php405,297,848.00 2028 Monthly Rental 12 Months Php425,562,741.00 Total Php1,876,235,236.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening; 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation (nbi) Now Invites Legally, Technically And Financially Capable Bidders (lessors) To Submit Their Quotation For The Procurement Lease Of Office Space For The Nbi Main Office (23,000 Sqm) Until December 31, 2028, Preferably Commencing On 01 June 2024; 3. The Procurement Process Shall Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-lease Of Property And Venue, In Accordance With Section 53.10 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”; 4. Bidders Shall Submit Their Quotation Containing All Of Following Documents: A. Philgeps Registration Number/valid Philgeps Registration Certificate (platinum Membership) (all Pages) In Accordance With Section 8.5.2 Of The Irr. B. Valid Mayor’s / Business Permit; C. Latest Income Tax Return Paid Through Efps; D. As-built Plan Of The Leasable Space With Cad File; E. Original Duly Signed Omnibus Sworn Statement (oss); And If Applicable, Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate In Case Of A Corporation, Partnership, Or Cooperative; Or Original Special Power Of Attorney Of All Members Of The Joint Venture Giving Full Power And Authority To Its Officer To Sign The Oss And Do Acts To Represent The Lessor; F. Original Copy Of Bid Security. If In The Form Of A Surety Bond, Submit Also A Certification Issued By The Insurance Commission Or Original Copy Of Notarized Bid Securing Declaration; G. Original Copy Of Notarized Performance Securing Declaration; H. Original Copy Of Declaration Of Warranties; I. Statement Of Compliance With Technical Specifications; And J. Price Quotation Form .
