Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Of At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To The Current Price Using Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
