The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in similar works, such as highways and airfields. The bidder should have experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control equipment for road work and bridge work. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract over the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. The value of the proposed contract is Rs. 200.49 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earthwork: 5674.85 m3 (with a minimum requirement of 2270.00 m3) - GSB/WMM: 7116.02 m3 (with a minimum requirement of 2846.00 m3) - BM/DBM: 877.00 m3 (with a minimum requirement of 351.00 m3) - BC/SDBC (Wearing Course): 527.00 m3 (with a minimum requirement of 211.00 m3) - VCC/VRCC: 868.77 m3 (with a minimum requirement of 348.00 m3) - Steel: 26.93 Mt (with a minimum requirement of 10.772 MT) The bidder should also have completed a certain percentage of similar works within a specified timeframe: - 10% of the work should be completed within the first month. - 40% of the work should be completed within the first two months. - 70% of the work should be completed within the first four months. - 100% of the work should be completed within the specified contract period. For contracts valued: - Above Rs. 200.00 Lakhs up to Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience and one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with five years' experience. - Above Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 5000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience and two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience. - Above Rs. 5000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 10000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have two B.E degree holders in Civil Engineering with one-year experience and four Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience. - Above Rs. 10000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 20000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have three B.E degree holders in Civil Engineering with one-year experience and six Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience. - Above Rs. 20000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have four B.E degree holders in Civil Engineering with one-year experience and eight Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience.
