The bidder should have also completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs. 86.32 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in Civil Engineering Construction Business, including road and bridge works, and should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 75.00 Lakhs and above in Highways Department in Government of Tamil Nadu. The bidder should provide information on the history of litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or under execution in the last five years, including the disputed amount and actual awarded amount in Indian Rs. The bidder should also provide information on the annual value of construction works undertaken for each of the last five years and projected for the current year, including the value of works completed at home and abroad. The required prior work experience also includes successful completion of at least one contract (Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs. 86.32 Lakhs.
